ELR GP Fed is fully operational on 1st April 2016. It is an entity with 32 general practice members, representing over 322,000 patients.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and collaborative Chief Operating Officer to lead both the development of the company and the delivery of its operational business.
Working closely with the shareholders, directors, commissioners and key stakeholders you will ensure that the company delivers benefit to its shareholders and East Leicestershire and Rutland patients.
The role of Chief Operating Officer will be exciting, challenging and diverse including:
- Establishing the company structure
- Delivery of the Fed’s three-year Business Plan and annual review
- Generating additional revenue from new and existing commissioners
- Providing day-to-day leadership of the company, working closely with other Board members, shareholders and partners
- Working with shareholders and partners to develop new and innovative primary and community services
You will have a strong record of delivering transformational change in healthcare with experience of working at Board level. You will be an inspiring and proven leader with the energy, drive and determination to successfully deliver the Fed’s plan.
Salary: Circa £75,000 dependant on experience with pension
Contract: Two year fixed term
Base: East Leicestershire and Rutland
