Supporting sustainability in Primary Care through achieving greater efficiencies and where appropriate redesigning care.
Due to demographics and patient demand Primary Care continues to face significant challenges. Our aim is to address and support our member practices to deliver sustainable primary care services. To achieve this, we will explore how services can be provided more efficiently using, where possible, alternative care pathways.
The GP Federation, representing all Practices within ELR will be the ideal vehicle to lead on these initiatives and to obtain feedback from members as to how these are working and how they can be improved.
